Recovery, therapeutics & restorative yoga: Specialty training designed for runners, crossfitters, + Athletes

Athletes Use Yoga Every Day to Train-
Consult with us to develop a training plan specific to your athletic training.

* Safely come back to a sport or working out after an injury
* Design a training plan to increase flexibility
* Open up parts of the body where you have limited range of motion
* Strengthen and tone muscle groups that are limited by lifting weights

Pregnancy and Post-partum-

* Focus on targeted parts of the body to help re-build abdominal strength and pelvic floor
* Work with an experienced, certified trainer during your pregnancy to target exercises that are safe for your body throughout your pregnancy
* Relieve tension and stress caused by pregnancy and post-partum
* Work with a partner to provide safe and stable exercises for labor and delivery

Injury and Health-

*Restorative and therapeutic yoga available to those with special health needs and concerns
-Consult available with a Doctor's approval for physical exercise
