* Focus on targeted parts of the body to help re-build abdominal strength and pelvic floor * Work with an experienced, certified trainer during your pregnancy to target exercises that are safe for your body throughout your pregnancy * Relieve tension and stress caused by pregnancy and post-partum * Work with a partner to provide safe and stable exercises for labor and delivery
