During the rush of the holidays, we often forget to give a gift to one of the most important people in your life –yourself! Join Kat for a yin and restorative yoga practice focused on self-care that will leave you refreshed around the holidays. The practice will embody the heart of true health through the study of Ojas, a Sanskrit word which means “vigor.” Ayurveda practice says that Ojas is the sap of one’s life energy which, when sufficient, is equated with immunity, and when deficient, results in weakness, fatigue and at times disease. Take time for self-care this holiday through a slow restorative practice that will renew your vitality before the New Year. Aromatherapy will be used throughout the practice.Please make sure to dress in comfortable loose fitting clothing and bring a yoga mat.

Be ready to craft a plan of action for your dreams turning the invisible into visible led by Kat Buechel.
Flow & Fly into 2018: New Years Eve Sunday, Dec. 31st 12:30pm-2:30PM | Yoga Works Studio, Arlington
Come wring out 2017 with a sweaty, heated two hour practice and ring in 2018 flowing and flying into the New Year! We'll spend time setting sankapla (intentions) through writing, guided meditation, and reflecting. Bring a pen, mat, towel, and a journal (optional).
The practice will be heated to warm the body for our flow designed around standing and arm balances. The practice is appropriate for all levels. The room will be heated to 90 degrees. Aromatherapy will be used throughout the practice.
