During this holiday season, retreat inward, and practice gratitude during the Thanksgiving season. We will explore poses that ground and nourish our bodies, while pausing to reflect on what we are grateful for both on and off the mat. The practice is appropriate for all levels and will include restorative finishing poses and a guided meditation to tune in, listen, and reflect on where you are in your life.
